Who should attend?

The CRI/IMD program is of value to anyone involved in training and performance improvement,

including analysts, instructional designers, performance improvement specialists and L&D specialists who are expected to develop their own instruction.

For those managing an L&D function (or responsible for outsourced providers), the Manager's CRI Workshop is the best option.

I'm not sure if the training will be relevant to my industry

CRI/IMD is the methodology behind effective Instructional Design, regardless of the industry. Whether you are developing programs for the health sector, construction, retail, IT, higher education, manufacturing or space exploration, the principles you learn will apply! Also, the modules you develop during the course are based on your workplace/field of interest.

Are there prerequisites?

The only prerequisites for our CRI/IMD course is an interest in developing training and a commitment to doing it better.   

Working on your own project and following a step-by-step process, you will gain the skills to design effective and efficient learning solutions that convert to genuine performance improvement. The skills you learn can be applied immediately on your return to work.
