For Instructional Designers
CRI/IMD* is a challenging, hands-on and experiential learning program designed for professionals who design and develop training. It provides the core skills you need to develop effective, competency-based learning programs in the workplace. These skills and methods are applicable to all delivery methods, including eLearning.
For Managers
We also offer a shorter program for managers. This program covers managing the Instructional Design function, including analysis, scoping, reviewing and evaluating. This is applicable to those people with responsibility for an internal L&D team or outsourced providers.

Instructional Design Training (CRI/IMD)
Your training will model best practice, drawing on your own job-related experience and providing opportunities for practice and interactions. Consistent with CRI principles, the program is a fully self-paced program using a blended learning format and following the ADDIE steps.
Modules typically take 7 - 10 days to complete. However, this can be spread over a longer period of time. You will work closely with an experienced Course Manager who will be available face-to-face for some modules and at all other times via remote support, with many modules reviewed and signed off via email and phone/Skype conversation.
Manager's CRI Workshop
The Manager's CRI Workshop typically takes 3 - 5 days, and is structured to meet the needs of the participants.
Ongoing coaching and mentoring is available to past participants.
